EX-"Wooster Towers" UNDER NEW OWNERSHIP AND NEW MANAGEMENT !
In August 2011, ownership of "Wooster Towers" changed hands. The new owners engaged Granite Property Management, one of Ohio's premier multi-family property management companies, to manage the community. As part of an overall effort to re-establish the property's place in the Wooster housing market, we have given it a new name: TOWN PLACE.
