GPMC is pleased to announce that it is now managing two more apartment communities, representing an additional 181 multifamily suites.  Both properties were recently acquired by affiliates of GPMC, and the new owners have installed the company as the new manager of record.  "Hilltop Manor" is a garden apartment community in Orrville, Ohio; and "Wooster Tower" is a mid-rise and townhome community in downtown Wooster, Ohio.
Both properties were sold by their long-time, original owner and both are in need of full management and property turn-arounds.  GPMC has new staff in place, and positive changes are already under way.  Property information on dedicated pages will be added to the GPMC website very soon.

GPMC is happy to announce that effective February 1, 2011 the Winchester Woods Apartments are under new ownership!  GPMC has been managing Winchester Woods since 2008, on behalf of Home Savings & Loan.  Home Savings sold the property to a new ownership group, and the new owners have elected to retain GPMC for property managment services.  Congratulations to Gabe and Barry for their efforts since 2008, in bringing Winchester Woods back to being a community of choice in Wooster, Ohio !  Winchester Woods is once again a stabilized, well-performing multi-family asset.
