Location

The Arbors is situated in Mt. Vernon’s burgeoning East End of town, which is alive with a wide array of shopping, dining, medical, and entertainment outlets that continues to grow. And while every shopping and dining need can be fulfilled one minute away, The Arbors is set back from Yauger Road, on the highest hilltop in Knox County.

Knox Community Hospital, as well as several banking and hotel options, are also located just a half-mile to the west. The Mount Vernon area is also home to two well known universities (Mount Vernon Nazarene University and Kenyon College in nearby Gambier).

Driving Directions

The Arbors of Mt. Vernon is located at 1575 Yauger Road. Yauger Road is located directly off Route 36. Follow the “Hospital” signs. The Arbors is located just beyond the Yauger Road entrance for the hospital.

From the East: Follow Route 36 West, Turn left at the light for Upper Gilcrest Road (at the Holiday Inn Express). At first stop sign, turn right onto Yauger Road. The Arbors is located on the right.

From the West: Follow Route 36 East (Coshocton Road) through Mount Vernon and take a right onto Upper Gilchrest Road (just past the Wal-Mart). At first stop sign, turn right onto Yauger Road. The Arbors is located on the right.
